• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags
• Sale, clearance, personalized, and final-sale items cannot be returned
• Customer pays return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
• Refund issued after you receive and inspect the return
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days, with pictures
